Lemon Cupcake with Meringue Nest from Made With Pink
I have to admit that I've never seen a meringue nest on a cupcake before. These cupcakes from Made With Pink are lemon cupcakes topped with a bit of whipped cream and a homemade meringue nest filled with lemon curd and fresh strawberries and raspberries.
