Thank you one and all who replied to my call for White Lily Self-Rising Flour help. Today, a bag was hand-delivered by Paige Nerenberg, who carried the bag (from the Harris Teeter, of course) and delivered the flour (within 24 hours of my plea) all the way from Maryland and refused reimbursement, although she did allow me to indulge her (and myself) in a Big Gay Ice Cream truck treat. So good! Thanks, Paige! The five pounds of soft white goodness will no doubt be gone by Thursday. Friday, latest.
Here's Paige in Union Square, moments after delivering the bag of happiness.
Allison Bland of Charleston, South Carolina, who understands my pain and has shipped me a bag -- thanks, Allison, will let you know when Miss Lily arrives!
And, of course, Holly Spring of Madison Sweet in Shreveport, Louisiana, who bought and shipped me the beloved flour for free (thank you!).
And...
Dixie Evans of Dixie’s Cutie Cakes in Searcy, Arkansas, who offered assistance.
And last but not least, Shannon Brummer in Raleigh, NC.
Thank you all for helping me. The cupcakes, doughs and biscuits I will be baking for everyone are the prize, as is my extreme gratitude. I am kind of humbled by the outreach. Thank you Cupcakes Take the Cake fans!!

Also, massive thanks to Courtney Eller of White Lily Food Media Relations in Tennessee who heard my pleas and pledged to mail me some supplies. Thanks, Courtney and White Lily Flour people. I'm honored (and excited -- biscuits aplenty!).
Also on the thank you list:
My friend and awesomely skilled baker Patty from Patty Cakes Bakery in Grapevine, Texas, who has a review forthcoming (stay tuned) offered to trek to Central Market for me.

Sharon Reynolds of Mississippi who also offered.
Debbi Doan in Ohio who sent me a link.
Laina Woodard Smith of the Madison Cupcake Company in Madison, Mississippi, who offered to purchase and ship for free (and, off topic, does her own grout work).
Plus...
Plus...
Brittany Atkinson, who does something high-powered for the summer at the University of North Carolina and may also run cakeocity.
Kristen Dufauchard, who is currently in cupcaking in NYC but offered to ship me some when she gets back down south in Louisiana.
And to Joy in Canada, to tried to turn me on to another flour, Brodie Self-Rising. I may look into that.
And last but not least, Shannon Brummer in Raleigh, NC.
