Macaron Hello Kitty on top of a cupcake!

Or, I guess technically, a Hello Kitty macaron...On Monday, we shared justJENN's Hello Kitty cookie cupcake and now there's Hello Kitty macarons on top of cupcakes! Let me just write that again: Hello Kitty macarons. Seriously, it blows my mind. Head on over to Blondie's Cakes to find out how she did it, including her recipes for banana cupcakes with strawberry cream cheese frosting! This is truly a cupcake to remember. Plus I love when other desserts are combined with cupcakes to make a double-your-pleasure treat.

Audrey Hepburn, pirate and Hello Kitty cupcakes, plus a very cute doggie cupcake

While it would be, um, interesting if all three of those elements were combined into one cupcake, these are three separate cupcakes with cupcake toppers representing Audrey Hepburn, a pirate and Hello Kitty, all by cupcake blogger Top The Cupcake in Perth, Western, Australia, via Flickr. I don't think they're for sale (?) just yet, but visit her blog for more information and her adventures in cupcaking!
