Gooey chocolate chip cookie cupcakes, plus drumstick, caramel latte, oreo, peach and cupcake-topped cupcake!

I provide FREE delivery of my cakes anywhere in Oxnard or Port Hueneme. There's also free delivery to certain parts of Ventura (near the 101 freeway).
I will deliver up to Santa Barbara, down to Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, Santa Paula or Fillmore for an extra delivery fee

Cookies & Cream Cupcake: Vanilla cake mixed w/oreo cookie goodness covered w/oreo cookie vanilla buttercream, finsihed off w/a mini Oreo cookie garnish
The Drumstick Cupcake: Vanilla cupcake w/vanilla buttercream frosting, covered in chocolate ganache and topped with roasted peanuts!
Caramel Latte Cupcake: Caramel-laced vanilla cupcakes w/coffee buttercream, caramel and a chocolate/caramel candy (aka milk dud) on top :)
"Peachy Hollie" - Peach tea infused cupcake w/peach pieces sprinkled throughout; cinnamon-sugar crumb topping and a brown sugar caramel drizzle for good luck
and last but not least...Cupcake...cupcake! Vanilla caked topped with a MOUND of vanilla swiss meringue buttercream frosting AND topped w/a mini Reese's peanut butter cup AND THAT'S topped w/a little bit of vanilla meringue buttercream, sprinkles and a candy "cherry" for good luck

This was an experiment … I have made brownie cupcakes before and love the convenience of single servings, no cutting required … but I have never stuffed a Oreo in one. I have seen many recipes recently with Oreos inside cupcakes, cookies and brownies, so I gave it a try. I will do it again, but it will probably be an experiment again!

What big eyes you have, owl cupcake!
Once again, owl cupcakes prove they have giant cookie eyes and are totally adorable! This one's by Pamela Napoli on Flickr, who also takes photos for T.H.E. Fitzgerald Photography.

I made these owl cupcakes for my dad's birthday last weekend. He collects owls (we're talking like 100X as many owls as I have Hello Kitties!) Anyway, these are chocolate cupcakes with dark chocolate frosting, Oreo cookies for eyes and ears, Junior Mint eyeballs, and banana Runts for beaks. I used a patriotic cupcake paper with red and blue stars since it was 4th of July weekend :)
