cannoli cupcakes!

Campfire Song, aka, their s'mores cupcake: "Campfire Song: A piece of graham cracker lay at the bottom of moist chocolate cake filled with milk chocolate ganache topped with crunchy graham cracker crust (you need the crunch of course!) and marshmallow topping. Torched to perfection!"

Last but not least, this was for an art and wine cupcake challenge:

"Very excited to be chosen as a finalist for the Hudson Valley Wine Magazine's Grand Celebration Art & Wine Cupcake Challenge! Our submission: Blank Canvas ~ Chocolate Red Wine cake (made with Brotherhood, America's Oldest Winery Mariage, a truly artful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Chardonnay), glazed with a local blackberry Mariage glaze, topped with our Madagascar vanilla bean buttercream, decorated with a chocolate easel, fondant blank canvas, and white chocolate red and white grapes. We hope to encourage the perfect union of art & wine, chocolate & vanilla, red grapes & green grapes, and of course the Hudson Valley & the blank canvas within us all."

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice makes "Holy Cannoli" cupcakes at cookbook signing

From Patch.com:

Fans lined up around the block, and the large crowd was directed by Verona Police as well as private security people retained by the bakery.

During the signing, DiPaolo was in the kitchen preparing countless batches of "Holy Cannoli" cupcakes, which the bakery gave out in pairs to the assembled fans. When asked how many free cupcakes were given away in total, DiPaolo said he lost track after 650 boxes. The bakery even raffled off a fondant cake, valued at $500, to one lucky winner.

The recipe, he said, was borrowed from Giudice's cookbook, and consists of white cake stuffed with and topped with cocoa-infused cannoli cream.

I'll look into getting more info on whether there's other cupcakes in the book and maybe the recipe to repost! You can order Fabulicious!: Teresa's Italian Family Cookbook from Amazon or wherever books are sold.
