Peeps cupcakes even though it's July

I hadn't seen Nichelle's post and was going to post about Dozen closing, but will share these Peeps cupcakes anyway. Here's a link to their Facebook page, and some Peeps cupcakes I found there to soften this news:

BREAKING: Pittsburgh's Dozen Bake Shop To Close

A sad day for cupcake lovers in Pittsburgh as Dozens Bake Shop closes. Dozens opened back in 2006 before the big cupcake boom.

The owners of Dozen Bakeshop announced today that they will close their two locations permanently.

The bakery, which specializes in cupcakes and other freshly prepared baked goods and lunch items, has locations in Oakland and Lawrenceville. A Downtown location recently closed.

The bakeries will hold a farewell bake sale tomorrow from 9 a.m. until noon. Customers who have ordered cupcakes for weddings and parties will be contacted to make other arrangements, according to a post on the bakery's Facebook page.
